Reading: Pages 1-5, 12-17 & 30-47 from Anodea Judith’s Chakra Yoga by Anodea Judith
1. First, read the article (each week’s article is posted to Canvas). I would strongly encourage you to do a first reading of the article the week BEFORE the reflection is due.
2. Reflect upon the reading, rereading all or portions of it, over the course of the week. Apply the information from the reading to your own knowledge and circumstances and your experiences in class.
3. Write a brief, bulleted reflection on what you have learned from the reading; it should be thoughtful but succinct. This is a chance for you to consider particular points from the reading that you found relevant, interesting, useful, etc. Your bullet-point list reflection should include the following: Your TWO most useful and/or interesting ideas/concepts from the reading; minimum one paragraph for each ONE idea that you either didn’t fully understand or would like to know more about; minimum one sentence ONE paragraph, drawing on your in-class notes, describing how what you’re reading connects to what you are reflecting on and learning in class
4. Submit your bulleted reflection (in PDF or Word format) in Canvas NO LATER THAN MIDNIGHT on the due date. Late submissions are not accepted.
