Introduction
A business model is an official layout that defines the steps a company should undertake to improve customer satisfaction.
A business model canvas is a management template used to improve the existing model in an organization.
In my case, I will assess the current business model in testing products at Samsung Company.
Samsung Company has faced challenges in testing products, thus tarnishing its reputation.
In 2007 Samsung Company faced the worst tragedy since it was established (Zhang, 2021). The company released the Samsung Note 7 in the market without following the laid structure in testing the new products. Samsung Note 7 was prone to overheat and explode, thus risking the life of clients. The process led to a bad reputation for the company, thus losing many customers and revenue.

The current business model
Based on Kotler/Armstrong, Samsung Company uses a new product development strategy to develop and test its product.
The model embraces a top-to-bottom strategy for the entire company.
The model is human-oriented; thus, employees test the efficiencies of a new product based on manual human testing.
When the products are produced, they are transferred to the testing department for physical monitoring before being released into the market.
The process is expensive since the organization has to employ considerable employees to test the products using sampling.

The Samsung Company should shift from testing its products from a “new product development" strategy which is less technological, to Xcode Cloud.
The Xcode Cloud technology embraces the development of Xcode cloud 13 (Luo, Goncalves, Velloso & Kostakos, 2020).
The Xcode Cloud involves testing new products before being released in the market through automation.
The Samsung Company will be able to test its products automatically during the process of production.
New model after the innovation
The Xcode Cloud technology will integrate the cloud services for Samsung Company.
The company will employ few people in the testing department since most of the testing will be technological and automatic.
Xcode is a high-quality app that will reduce testing and realize a new product in the market.
The Xcode cloud will incorporate the internal and external tester through TestFlight for immediate feedback.
The Xcode Cloud will ensure effective products are released in the market will minimal or no chance of clients complaining due to default products.

Conclusion
Cloud services are the most effective technological infrastructure to support innovation in developing the business model.
Samsung Company should embrace the new technology in the product testing products to avoid a scenario that could compromise its reputation.
Xcode cloud will ensure each product is tested before being released into the market instead of a new product development strategy where only a few samples are tested.
The automaton will promote fast and efficient testing where a few experts will be employed to monitor the system.
