Review the PowerPoint example located at the top of the Course Content page under Recommended Reading and Handouts.

 

Prepare a 10- to 15-slide Microsoft® PowerPoint® presentation on decision making. In your presentation, include the following:

· Explain the rational decision-making model

· Discuss dealing with biases and errors in decision making

· Analyze how individual differences and organizational constraints affect decision making

· Identify and discuss at least two ethical considerations in decision making

· Explain how job redesigns, alternative work arrangements, and other motivational initiatives would be manifested by application of theories

· Describe the main causes and outcomes of job satisfaction related to motivational theories

Provide examples to support your points in the presentation.

Presentation should include a title slide, introduction slide, research slides, conclusion slide, and a reference slide. (The Title Slide and Reference Slide do NOT count towards the slide count requirement.) A 10 - 15 slide PowerPoint Presentation should average between 800 - 1,300 words of research. See Rubric.

List major points on the slides using bullet points which are should be limited to approximately five lines; approximately five words per bulleted item. Add a paragraph (approximately 100 words) to the speaker notes to support the bullet points with a citation to give credit to the source. Speaker notes are not required on the Title or Reference Slide.

Include videos, audio, photos, diagrams, or graphs as appropriate.

Include at least one citation/reference from the Week 2 University Library Readings, one citation/reference from Course Textbook, and one citation/reference from the UOP Library, Google Scholar, or eBook Collection.
