As a young, aspiring artist, Queen Latifah had to identify areas of her career where she needed to build up her confidence to succeed. In the Webtext, you also chose an area to build up your confidence in your career.

Hello Class,
The area I chose that needed work was me at work. Sometimes, I find myself nervous and shy while dealing with customers. I have some issues always making eye contact with them, and sometimes speaking in a tone where they can actually hear what I am saying. I want be able to speak with someone while looking them in the eyes and responding in a tone that is loud and clear for them to understand. I also want to have better confidence in running my on line store. I sometimes get nervous about adding new items to the store. What if it does not sale? What if people do not like it? A lot of questions run through my head. Hopefully this course will give me the understanding I need.
