Hello Class, A time when communication affected me was while I was at work. My team and i were told we had to stack boxes of product on a pallet but was not told it had to be a certain way. There was a certain pattern the boxes were supposed to be stacked. We were not informed of this mistake until we were completely done. We had to completely restack the boxes. This was the result of ineffective communication. If the communication was stronger then we would have known the correct way to stack the boxes. Having a diagram of the pattern would have helped a lot and we would have wasted time by redoing the pallet of product.
