Executive summary

This essay is a reflection and summary of my team experience in Everest simulation. A program that is designed to test anticipants’ ability of communication and cooperation within a team. A team of five people will work together to achieve the highest possible points by accomplish either personal or team goals. Each team member will be given a different role that is specialized in a unique area. Team Leader, Environmental Scientist, Physician, Marathoner and Photographer. The purpose of this simulation is to have students learn to deal with different attitude of team members while keep the communication effective as well as the decision making. My team done the simulation within two hours but the result we got was not satisfying due to the lack of knowledge and experience as well as the poor leadership skills and ineffective team communication. This essay will critically analyze the simulation experience refer to the course content we learned, including Leadership and Ethics.
