Goal 1: The goal of this project is to decrease the number of cases of mental illness in the community by helping parents to understand and determine the possible ways through, which they can identify, define, and understand mental illness.

Objective 1: The objective to increase the awareness of parents on the definition of mental illness and help them to understand the different incident cases of mental illness in their families.

· Activities: the activities for parents is to be actively involved in the education and training program in the community.

· The parents also need to actively provide their mentality related cases in their families.

Objective 2: Increase the awareness of parents on the critical steps and strategies they can take when they identify mental cases and illnesses in their families and for their children in the community.

· The activities are to involve parents in the identification and training on different mental illnesses in the modern community.

· Also, it is important to train parents on the first aid steps, which can be used and be vital for helping parents on dealing with mentally related health cases.

Goal 2: To increase the awareness of the impacts of long-term substance abuse in the community by the youth and parents by focusing on the importance of substance abuse counselling and training for parents and youths.

Objective 1: to help parents and the youth to understand the issues related with substance abuse and overdose in the community and its related consequences with medical aid.

· This can be accomplished by engaging the youth and the parents on training on first aid measures, which can be used effectively to reduce the impact of substance use and abuse.

· Actively involve parents and youths on the first aid steps of helping a patient who has overdosed on substance drugs and probably suffering from mental cases.

Objective 2: to help parents to determine the possible ways and means they can use to reach and interact with the youth in the community on substance abuse.

· Parents will be involved in counselling sessions and workshops on the importance of helping and counselling the patients on substance abuse and use in the community.

· The youths will also be actively involved in the counselling sessions on self-control and the importance of focusing on the importance of controlled substance use.

Goal 3: The project also focuses on increasing the awareness for future generations on how to ensure they are ready to deal with mental therapy sessions and substance abuse and use withdraw.

Objective 1: Educate and train parents on the possible ways for substance abuse withdraw and how they can help themselves and the youth on substance abuse and withdraw in the community.

· Involve parents and youths on the possible training ways, such as through workshops, sessions and education on mental illnesses and control.

· Involve parents and youth on practical control sessions of substance abuse and withdraw with support.

Objective 2: To help the youth understand the possible and easiest ways for reducing substance abuse and overcoming the challenges of substance withdraw and abuse.

· To educate the youth on workshops and sessions with trials on substance abuse and control, especially when trying to withdraw.

· To educate the youth on how to seek therapy and other treatments when in substance abuse and use.
