Module 6 Assignment- Writing an activity Plan

For this assignment, use this  form  to create an activity plan for a group of children. You will need to fill out the form completely, playing special attention to:

· The age group that is being planned for to ensure the plan is using DAP

· The objective for the activity

· The rational for why you are planning the activity

· The adaptations that will be included to support diverse learners

Once you have created your plan, provide a 1-2 page reflection on the plan itself. This is the time to go into detail about each section on the plan using materials from the course to support your thinking. Please submit both your planning form and reflection paper using an APA formatted title and reference pages as well as in text citation where appropriate.
