· 1-Company Information: History, mission statement, and product/service.  Who are the company’s customers and employees?  Where are they located?

· 2- Status of Diversity within the Organization: What role does diversity play within the company?  Does the company promote employees that are diverse? Do they outsource their work outside the United States, where?  

· 3- Philosophy: What are the leader’s philosophy on diversity issues and management?

· 4-Strategies: What strategies does the organization implement to manage diversity?

· 5-Goals: What diversity-related goals have been implemented by the company? What are the company’s future goals as they relate to diversity?

· 6-Current Status: What is the current status of the organization in terms of diversity in particular and overall success in general?
