A. Current Problem:  Racial Profiling adversely affects African Americans more than any other race as they are 4 times more likely to be stopped, cited, unfairly treated or murdered.

B. Population/Area of Focus: Low incomed African American Men and Women of all ages C. Key Terms:  African Americans   Thesis Statement: African Americans are more likely to be targeted individuals of racial profiling that detracts from the functioning of our democracy and means a general susceptibility to depression, high school dropouts and a higher risk for physical and mental health problems later in life.
