Question

The underlying premise that the thesis of your paper will be based on is:

Some people work for personal fulfillment whereas others work for the love of what they

do. Clearly motivation is unique for diverse people.

Now to be fair, to underplay the importance of money and benefits as motivation for people

who work would be a mistake.

However research study after study has shown that people want more from work than

money alone, yet obviously a disconnect continues to exist between what employers think

are effective motivation tactics.

Adhering to this theme, each student will submit a paper which discusses pros and cons on

the implications for how best to manage behavior in an organization.
