Write-up Topic :  How can an organization maximize the extent to which its managers take an outside view in their decisions? Pick a specific type of organizational decision (e.g., hiring, firing, picking a vendor, acquiring a company, etc.) and be specific in your prescriptions. Be aware of potential resistance to these changes.

HINT: Make sure to reference both the HBR article AND the Cognitive Repairs article. Do NOT simply repeat the steps from the HBR reading or describe what a well-known company currently does.
