New new new iPhone X sleek, smooth designs, slightly bigger and more bells and whistles. “O.M.G the new iPhone X just came out and they just got it so not fair. Now let’s just stop and give this some thought everyone likes to have something new and fresh from hair to clothes. So don’t be surprised that people throw away a lot of mildly used stuff for “bigger and better”. We’ve had technology for 44 years, and it exploded in the last 18 years. This huge spike in technology for work and private lives is amazing, but for this technology, we lost a lot of stuff too. So is all this technology is it truly good for us or are we doomed to fail in life situations because we can’t look up how to do something.

Technology is great but let’s take a moment a realized the last time anyone had a proper conversation in the last few months. Now let’s take away conversations from a phone, computer, or any other form of easily accessible form of communication from devices. Besides the major the headache we're experiencing, most people thoughts go around parents yelling, kids asking for stuff or coffee preference. Which if with the right app there won’t need to say anything.

We are too dependent on technology to help us with everyday lives. This is why we have a generation so reliant on technology and thinking this is how we communicate with each other. Their looking at the adults and follow suit, most don't realize that tech can leave a negative impact on health and relationships.

It's bad enough that the younger generation gave away from talking face to face to gaming and social media to escape.Technology puts a stain on the body, pushing limits like vision problems, hearing loss, neck stain. Social media can also affect self-esteem, bring a sense of isolation, and in some forms cause depression.Technology effects and rewires the mind to things like instant gratification, a narcissistic mindset, and loss of cognitive abilities for example memory lost and perception.

A Swiss scientist, by the name of Conrad Gessner, was one of the first to raise alarm about information overload. Though now dead as of 1565, he was talking about the printing to press it still applies today. Historically this has happened before just in different forms, newspapers, radio, television and now phones and computers.

The biggest issue with technology is overuse, this can lead to permanent eye stain, more vulnerable to a metabolic syndrome. Metabolic syndrome is a cocktail of diabetes, obesity, and high blood pressure linked to an abnormal sedentary lifestyle. There are even studies that says too much screen time decrease your mortality rate even if you exercise.

As amazing technology is, take time outside that hard life and cut out distractions, this will show there’s more to the world than your devices. So here are some ideas that will help reconnect with the people in your life. Wifi now days as amazing as it is, if someone wants to kidnap someone all they need to say is “free Wifi” and their gone. So as the parent and /or young adult get rid of wifi. Just try it out and see a big difference in loved one's behaviors. This would probably get a more active household like engaging in conversations, and active in everyday life.

If the last one was hard then this one is harder; unplug. This is great weekly or everyday technology puts a lot of unnecessary stress from long days bent over, eye stain just get up and walk away from it all enjoy the sunshine.Too much time on technology can lead to depression.
