-The purpose of this report: is to evaluate the key strengths and weaknesses of Business A and provide a relevant strategic input so the frim can implement into their business.

-Key Finding: There are major player in the same industry as Business A such as Business B, C and D. Even if Business A have a unique business concept we also found that they have a few weaknesses related to their service environment, website, customer service and marketing communication strategy.
