The research questions for my study is a descriptive qualitative research question. This will help in controlling the variables just like the experimental research.

I might consider interviewing over other qualitative data collection since it might assist me in explaining, enhancing understanding as well as exploring research subjects’ opinions, behavior, experiences, phenomenon and many others. Interview questions tend to be open-ended and thus I will have the ability to collect in-depth information. Interviews tend to be more precise than other research methods (Jamshed, 2014). A researcher has a chance to ask for clarification if one does not understand a question. In addition, a researcher can ask follow up questions which can aid in evolving a thorough response. This may contribute to more detailed as well as thorough data.

Some of the research question that I would like to ask in this research study might be personal or embarrassing. Some of the questions tend to be personal since they directly concentrate on the lives of the participants. An example of a personal question that will be included in my study that may tend to be embarrassing include “what is your current job?”; “How fast do you think you can take to forget something?” and “do you feel that your role has impacted your ability to recall as well as process information?”

In order to enhance the comfort of the participants given the type of questions that I will be asking, I will consider several ethical considerations. Confidentiality will aid in assuring the participants that the information that will be shared is not made available to or accessed by anyone but the program coordinator. Additionally an informed consent will as well be considered. The individuals taking place in the evaluation is entirely informed on the evaluation that we will be carrying out. An informed consent will allow the participants to decide if they will take part in the evaluation or not (My Peer Toolkit, 2010).
