Sweep

· Throw away old tickets

· Gather ketchups and store them in the walk-in

· Take used towels to dirty hamper in the back

Wash & Put Away

· Water pitchers

· Sanitizer buckets

Turn Off

· Open signs - no more than 15 minutes early

· TVs and turn down music

· Dishwasher - leave auto-cycle on

· Turn off both ’s

Paperwork

· Make sure all server paperwork is finished and stored in daily bag

· Print off Z report and store in daily bag

· Balance till and stow in office

Leaving

· Turn off lights

· Lock doors (there’s 6 of them)

· Clock out

· Set security system

· Disable alarm

· Turn on lights

Paperwork

· Get till from office, grab daily bag, fill out daily sheet

· Count till and record it on daily sheet

· Place daily sheet inside daily bag

Turn On

· TV’s and turn up the music

· Turn on both ’s

· Dishwasher

Miscellaneous

· Check that bathrooms are stocked and wiped down

· Get ketchups from walk-in and place one on each table

· Grab towels and place neatly beside tap drains

· Remove tap brushes and place in bucket with clean sanitizer-water

· Say good morning to Tyler and Neil

Prep Work

· Run first pour through taps

· Fill 4 ice pitchers

· Check that salad station ingredients are full (tomato, onion, carrots, radishes, cucumber, feta) and inform kitchen of any needs

· Check and fill dressings

· Wipe down menus

Cleaning

· Fill two sanitizer buckets with one cap full of bleach and cold water

· Spot sweep restaurant and grain room

· Wipe down all tables and bars

Opening at 11:00

· Unlock all doors

· Turn on open signs

· Greet guests with a smile

· Have a great shift!
