4. Move the insertion point below the organizational chart and then create a SmartArt graphic with the Converging Radial graphic in the Relationship group at the Choose a SmartArt Graphic dialog box that contains the following text: Design -- Research -- Sewing Completed Costume 5. Apply formatting and/or design elements to enhance the appearance of the graphic. Change the text wrapping to Tight and then move the graphic below the organizational chart.

6. Make any necessary adjustments to spacing and/or size to ensure that the SmartArt organizational chart graphic and relationship graphic fit on one page.
