-Here’s a week by week objectives for this quarter:

· Week 1: an overview of my topic and my progress in completing the Professional Administrative Study (PAS).

· Week2: Write my plan and write what the theory is going to be.

· I will be working on my title for my PAS, then write about my problem statement, and my research questions.

· Week 4: The type of study I am considering is qualitative method and using Exploratory Design.

· Week 5: I will submit my draft proposal for my Chair’s approval.

· Week 6: I will share my ideals with my Chair and colleagues for feedback.

· Week 7: I will discuss my experiences with my Chair an colleagues’ regarding my PAS.

· Week 8: I will take the feedback from my Chair and colleagues and move on toward my PAS.

· Week 9: I will submit my proposal to my Chair along with my data collection, and then my final PAS. 

· Week 10: I will submit my rough draft to my Chair regarding my quarter plan.

· Week 11: Finally, I will share my ideas with my Chair and colleagues regarding my progress throughout this quarter.

** My goal is to have a working draft of my prospectus that can be revised and amended by week 10, to be approved by my Chair in week 11.
