Thanks for sharing this video. This video was very informative in helping me to identify my strengths. As I embark on my career, my next step is to connect to our clients at my place of work in a deeper way.  I will utilize some of Cliffton’s strengths to think deeply about how to build rapport and execute and overcome challenges in the workplace. My customer values are important to me. When I answer the question Who am I or Tell me about yourself, I think of ways to add positivity and value to my skills and intellect as a person to help better serve. It's important to know who you are and what you want to become in your career. As I develop my job search I will seek to develop more transferable skills in the areas of communication and team building. I would also like to develop more of these skills to help me have a better understanding of my client’s needs.
