Examples include. kleptomania, pyromania, intermittent explosive disorder, pathological gambling and trichotillomania.

You just need to do a psych evaluation. The patient will have a substance abuse disorder but that will only be secondary to the matter. You only need to mention that because I do my clinical and a drug/alcohol rehab so every patient has a substance abuse disorder.
