For this week’s discussions, post your response to the following questions below. For full credit, provide a substantiative discussion with support from class readings.

1. From the perspective of your being a PM, discuss the potential impact of “acknowledging people on your team.” How could it affect the person, the team, and/or the workplace? Include an example.

2. Why is the Toulmin Model an effective model for argumentation? Using the first triad of argumentation, construct a logical and persuasive argument (claim, evidence, and warrant - something simple that demonstrates these elements of the model. Clearly identify and explain the type of claim, evidence and warrant of your argument.
