The reason as to why female are perceived to be more approachable compared to male regards to the attestation that female supervisors are considered to be better communicators and empathetic which is more beneficial and productive. A different aspect uncovered regards to the fact that women tend to be more comfortable while operating with a female supervisor compared to male supervisors. Therefore, interacting with the female supervisor was easier compared to the interaction with the male supervisor.
