Feedback from case study

you made some great points in your discussion on the executive summary of green organization however what training measures did you take for the employees as a performance consultant. How did you improve the Green organization work performance? Was the training successful? What performance measures did you take for the organization? Do you see changes within the organization?

Some organization fail due to not sticking with the plan of training and don't get adapt to the changes and just want to do things the old way but if developing a new work design system all employees need to be train based on the new systems if not everything will fail.

As a performance consultant, I would check back in with the organization to evaluate the end results to see if all my time and effort of getting the organization together and improvements from training was successful or did it help the organization meet its organizational goals.

Given the leadership roles you mentioned, it sounds like you were a management consultant. (Pershing, 2006, p. 19) What interventions did you utilize to ensure your managers were meeting the established goals? Do you think these designed interventions assisted The Green Organization in meeting their goals or do you think other sectors of performance improvement should be considered? You also mentioned the hierarchy of each section. Do you believe these hierarchies should remain the same or could they be limited?

Overall, I found this project a bit daunting as it deals with billion of dollars specifically in the real estate sector. Knowing what we know about how stocks increase and decrease over time does make a small difference. Your last quarter may have been fantastic in gains but your next quarter may not gain or even maintain what was achieved. How daunting would a project like this be for you?
