Review the financial plan of the student you were paired with. Adopt the point of view of an external stakeholder such as someone from the U.S. Department of Education, a community leader, or someone from an accrediting organization.

Identify the role of stakeholder you are adopting to review the financial plan:

To what extent do the new priorities being considered by the department meet the new strategic direction of the institution?

To what extent are the new initiatives proposed in keeping with the new priorities of the department?
