Introduction (Kingz Kidz)
There are various aspects collected from the feedback obtained in the first phase of the marketing plan. One of the feedbacks was that the location and description were stated clearly, and the mission statement allowed customers to understand the product or services they will receive. Another feedback was the company's long- and short-term goals; there was no means to show how the company would reach the goals. The purpose is vital to develop a marketing plan to achieve realistic and measurable goals quickly. The environmental analysis was addressed and explained, and SWOT analysis shows the strengths and weaknesses are internal. The company can control those problems as they arise, but the opportunities and threats are derived from an environmental analysis and cannot be controlled because of outside sources. The format was correct, but the writing needs to be more organized. To improve writing the rubric for the assignment, refer to Grammarly to correct the grammar, punctuation and help with sentence structure.
Kingz Kidz, Inc. is a childcare center located in Pontiac, Michigan, and will offer affordable high-end, quality services to children of single parents as low-income families looking for quality childcare. Kingz Kidz will facilitate early childhood education and address their other needs. All customers can gain whole experience the different services that suit the preferences of the parents. The company will focus on the parent's concerns about the health and well-being of the child and will offer a live-stream platform that allows parents to monitor and engage in the activities of their child throughout the day. Also, Kingz Kidz, Inc. will hire top professionals to provide healthy meals and ensure that the child's cognitive, mental, and physical needs are met.
An effective marketing strategy will play a significant role in developing and securing Kingz Kidz, Inc. The plan will differentiate the company from other organizations by branding and market sharing analysis. The strategy requires branding that aligns with long and short-term goals—also focuses on the value and quality of the services offered, establishes the intended marketing channels, and develops a marketing plan that allows such channels to be used in the organization. Another element of the strategy is the target population and positioning statement. The statement outlines the potential contribution of the brand to the target population analyzed, and the consumer behavior of the target population must be evaluated and assessed in determining the most appropriate approach to use ineffectiveness of the market plan.
