Imagine your team works for a substance abuse and addictions treatment agency and you have been asked to propose a recovery and relapse prevention plan to your supervisor for a client with a dual diagnosis.

Create a case scenario of a dual-diagnosis client facing specific issues related to recovery and relapse.

Create a 5- to 8-slide Microsoft® PowerPoint® presentation to showcase your client scenario and proposed recovery and relapse prevention plan. Include the following:

· Provide a description of the client, including the unique issues they are presented with related to their dual diagnosis.

· Describe specific issues the client may face during recovery and relapse.

· Propose a recovery and relapse prevention plan that will address the specific issues the client may face related to their dual diagnosis.
