Research common childhood and adolescent issues that present in counseling.

Create a client scenario of a child or adolescent who presents at your family counseling agency with a common childhood or adolescent issue.

Design a therapy session for your client that utilizes a therapeutic approach and technique that is appropriate for their age group and presenting problem.

Create a 10- to 15-slide Microsoft® PowerPoint® presentation on your therapy session with your client. Include the following:

Provide a brief outline of your client scenario.

· Describe the differences between children and adolescents presenting with this issue compared to adults and the specific therapeutic concerns that are taken into consideration.

· Explain your reasoning for your chosen theoretical approach.

· Describe your designed session plan and the reasoning behind your design. 2 to 3 slides with speaker notes

· Describe the therapeutic techniques utilized in your session and why you chose them.

Conduct a 5-minute role-play demonstrating one of the techniques you will use with this client.

Include a minimum of 3 sources.

Format any citations within your presentation according to APA 7th edition guidelines.
