INTRODUCTION:

Chaplaincy is practiced within organizations, and those organizations are often not oriented toward spiritual mission.  How can a spiritually-oriented senior chaplain work in harmony with other senior leaders in the organization as they set policies and budgets and engage in operations to further their vision and mission?  How can a chaplain help set a positive, inspirational tone for the organization that increases its organizational effectiveness and gives its people greater satisfaction?  While our main book this week is oriented toward church leadership, it has many excellent principles to apply to a chaplain's setting.
