The purpose of this meeting is to inform all employees of Anthony’s Orchard of company updates within the last three months. We want to ensure that employees in every department are on the same page and working cohesively towards the same goals. Since this is a meeting for the entire organization, the best format would be a video conference. A video conference would allow employees who are working from home, located in different regions, and employees at the office a chance to be included in the meeting.

Encouraging employees to attend the meeting prepared should be pretty straightforward. “Send out the agenda ahead of time, along with any visual or supporting material, to make sure everyone is on the same page” (Quintanilla & Wahl, 2020). The agenda should be sent to every employee a few weeks before the meeting. Sending the agenda out ahead of time will also allow employees to formulate their questions ahead of time. I believe this tip is crucial because it will enable employees to read over it and provide feedback to the creator. The agenda will have enough time for revisions, and the meeting will be more productive as a result.
