There are many different methods for supervising clinicians in a community agency setting. This assignment will bring awareness of those models and methods, as well as how they differ, while practicing supervisory interventions.

Create a 1- to 2-paragraph scenario of a situation that may present itself in a supervision session.

Create a 12- to 15-slide Microsoft® PowerPoint® presentation to outline the differences between supervision models with this supervisee. Include 3 different models of counseling supervision.

Include the following in your presentation:

· Summarize your scenario.

· Describe the role of the supervisor in this scenario, according to each model.

· Contrast model-specific interventions from the supervisor to the supervisee.

· Describe how each model-specific supervisor intervention was adapted to meet the developmental level of the supervisee.

· Conclude with a brief 5-minute role-play of at least one of the model-specific interventions.*
