Introduction

International plastics, Inc. is known to produce plastics in different countries. Some of these countries include Georgia, Headquarters in China, Michigan and headquarters in US. The industries have been successful because of wide range of networks they use and use Internet Service Providers and VPNs. During the upgrading of IT infrastructure, it was noted that current resource planning software was needed which was supposed to incorporate customer relations management as well as supply chain management. This paper will analyze and address how this will be achieved, impacts of IT in international plastics, ethical concerns, security concerns and benefits of business performance.

Summary of IT infrastructure

Enterprise resource management system is a set of applications which is used to support external business operations, integrate internal organization’s applications and link to external innovators and other partners (Osswald, 2016). International Plastics, Inc is using SAPERP hosted in San Jose, headquarters of CA. there is therefore network human interface resource system, operation systems data, customer information and finance systems. The upgrades will ensure that there is mitigation of independent, corporal servers to practical machine in the environment. All these recommendations would in turn ensure that there is smooth means of data redundancy and solutions in case of data failover. This would be made possible by VM hosting in implementing real time analysis of the system, transactional backups, snapshot ting and other related problem to NAS devices.

Ethical concerns

According to Osswald, (2016) Ethical and regulatory measures have always been addressed in order to protect the environment. With the increased regulatory measures, companies need to adapt to the new IT systems to ensure that there is healthy workflow and healthy interactions. Working with the new technology may pose internet dangers to the users. It is therefore important for International plastics to install high quality security systems to ensure safety to all users. Internal plastics, Inc has integrated It use to ensure that the processes are well maintained and there is streamlined flow of all processes in the organization which in turn increases the organizational productivity.

Improved business performance

The development of IT infrastructure has lead to improvement of different sectors. It has improved security sectors, storage management, operation management as well as other infrastructure. The application of IT is able to work independently and produce consistent information (Osswald, 2016). The implementation of the recommended changes would ensure that there are quality tools for quality data and research, integration tools and high quality and timely data delivery to ensure that all requirements are met fully. Storage management systems would ensure that there is managed data storage capacity, controlled performance and data available for reliable uses. This would ensure that the company’s objectives have been attained fully.

Current Security concerns in International. Inc

With the current IT system used in International plastics, Inc, the security sector is ensured of protection and high data management (Osswald, 2016). Not only is the protection of information but there are also adequate protection of the environment due to adequate recycling of plastics with the new technology. The users and all customers are assured of quality goods and protection from harmful resources. Government has also invested in this industry to ensure that all stakeholders are fully protected.
