For this Assignment, review Rowe (2007) from your Learning Materials. In addition, research the Shackleton event on your own using credible online sources. Compare and contrast the two events in terms of the leadership skills demonstrated to promote effective teamwork. A personal evaluation in which you do the following:

• Explain how the teamwork in both events (i.e., Shackleton or Everest) was effective or ineffective and why. As a leader, what would you have done differently to elevate the group in each scenario to a more effective team and why?

• Using Hill’s Team Leadership Model (see Rowe, 2007), How would you have managed the crisis and/or obstacles faced in both events?
