For this Assignment, you will perform an internal environmental analysis for your selected company (the same company that was used for your Week 2 Assignment).

 

Instructions:

 

Write a 1000-word minimum internal environmental analysis in which you include the following:

 

1.     Assess the organization's internal environment:

2.     Identify the organization's resources.

3.     Identify the organization's capabilities.

4.     Determine the company's core competencies.

5.     Summarize the organization's strengths and weaknesses in resources, capabilities and core competencies.
