Part I: Trait Theories
Explain how dispositional trait theories (Allport, McCrae and Costa) are different from biological trait theories (Eysenck and Buss). Write 125–175 words. Do not copy/paste or use quoted passages.
Part II: Big Five Personality Test
Take the Big Five Personality Test to obtain a free basic report of your personality traits. The report will display a graph that looks like this:
Provide your Big Five Personality Test results below using one of the following methods:
· Option 1: Type your results as a percentage for each trait
· Option 2: Create a chart or graph of your percentages
· Option 3: Take a screenshot or use your smartphone to take a picture of the graph of your results and place the image into this document.
Part III: Personality Trait Scores
Discuss each dimension of your personality based on the results of your test’s trait scores. Write 175–225 total words. Do not copy/paste or use quoted passages.
1. Summarize each dimension of your personality in 2–4 sentences:

Part IV: Career Trait Dispositions
Use your Big 5 Personality test results and apply your knowledge of dispositional and biological personality trait theories to respond to the following examples. Write 200–300 total words for the following prompts. Do not copy/paste or use quoted passages.
1. Pretend the world has no more global health threats and that you have applied for a position as a sales associate in a retail clothing section of Target or Walmart. The job will require you to interact with customers and help them find apparel and accessories to meet their needs. Explain how well you would fit the sales associate job by describing your personality. Or explain why your personality does not fit the sales associate job. (Write approx. 75 words)
2. You are considering a job offer as an on-site bookkeeper at a small accounting firm. How well would your personality work in this environment? What if position was 100% work-from-home; how well would your personality work as a virtual employee bookkeeper at a small accounting firm? Include at least one biological factor in your explanation. (Write approx. 75 words)
3. Pretend the world has no more global health threats and that you have decided to change careers and become a wedding event photographer. Which personality dimensions would require high scores to be successful as a photographer? Why? (Write approx. 75 words)
4. Based on the results of the Big Five Personality Test, what might be the ideal career for your personality? Why? (Write approx. 75 words)
