5. Have you ever been in trouble and then "let off the hook?" In other words, have you ever been released of consequences for your actions? How did it feel?
5. Is your instinct to “repay” someone when they’ve let you off the hook or covered your mistake? How might that look in a relationship with others? With Jesus? Consider how the Bible passages listed in the Background Information inform your thoughts.
