The following rules will guide the contest for it to be considered valid. Only those who are eligible will be able to take part in the contest. The contest will run for two months, during which time individuals will be able to vote on their favorite suggestions. The customer who receives the greatest number of votes will be proclaimed the contest's winner. Personal information collected will be used solely for the purposes of this contest. All information collected will be stored in secure locations and encrypted. There will be no sharing of personal information with any other third parties. The use of all intellectual property shall be conditional on obtaining full ownership rights to the work or property in question before using it. In agreeing to participate in the contest and submitting name the suggestions customers fully consent to the use of the names by Cruisin’ Fusion which allows Cruisin’ Fusion to control, license, and own the names suggested.
