Sharing of data
Data protection- it is essential to implement the required security measures to ensure that customer data is protected and to avoid data theft. Customer data should not be shared with third parties who are not authorized to have access to the information. Customers should be given the option of deciding whether or not their data should be shared. Privacy-related policies should be implemented in order to prevent the unauthorized access to consumer information. Ownership of data- It is essential that the ownership of data and privileges are clearly established.

How customer information will be protected
Using access controls on a network—this security precaution ensures that we can manage who has access to the system and who does not. The concept of least privilege should be used in conjunction with other principles to ensure that the privileges granted to users are limited. Using a strong password policy- Using a strong password policy protects you from brute force assaults. By implementing encryption technologies, you can ensure that your data is not compromised or altered even if an intruder manages to gain access to your system. The security policy should be updated on a regular basis to ensure that the most recent security issues are addressed, and the company remains up to date. Incorporating automatic data backup solutions will ensure that customer data is protected in the event of a data loss.

Need for intellectual property protection
The protection of intellectual property is essential for the advancement of innovation. Individuals and businesses would not gain the maximum benefit of their inventions if they were not protected, and they would devote less time and resources to research and development if they were not protected. As a company we don’t want to be the ones killing innovations. Protection of intellectual property will also enable us to avoid any legal liabilities that may arise. It also ensures the organization prevents any theft of intellectual property during the competition.
