Introduction
Netflix is the company of choice since it is an online company and hence, getting information that would be utilized throughout the project is easy. Netflix is an American production and media services provider company that was formed with the purpose of providing online streaming services which offers television programs and films to the subscribers. Most of the subscribers of the company are from the United States of America.

According to the authors of the article, there are times when the company rose and also there are times that the company fell. Therefore, knowing the strengths and weaknesses of the company will ensure that I am in a better position of describing the company even more. The information in the article is important for the project.

The article describes the origin of the Netflix Company and the objectives that the founders had when they were forming the company. The information of the company will be of great important as it will deepen my understanding about the Netflix Company.

The article gives a description of the financial position of the company. Also, there is a comparison of the financial performance of the company with its competitors. The information is significant and will be utilized during the project because it widens the understanding of the Netflix Company. With the information concerning the financial position of the company, I will be able to give accurate information concerning the performance of the Netflix Company.

This article describes the Netflix Company, what it does and how it carries out its business operation. The information obtained from the article is very important and will be used throughout the project. The information will enable me to point out where I think the company is failing and where it is succeeding. The information will also make it easy for to compare the performance of Netflix Company with other organizations.

This is the first article that will be utilized throughout the project. For one to understand more about an organization, they need to know the history of the organization and overview of the organization. The author of the article describes the analysis of Netflix Company. He explains the origin of the company, what the company does and the general performance of the company. This article will expand my familiarity with the organization and that way, I will be in the position of describing the company well.
The issues that the organization is likely to face are; lack of strategy, failure to meet the organizational needs and also retaining employees. It is important for the issues to be addressed in order for the organization to perform even better. In conclusion, the five articles will help my throughout the project because they have necessary information concerning the project.
