Would the behavior of the caregivers or the conditions within the home be considered in violation of statutes pertaining to child neglect? If so, what jurisdictional statutes apply?

The act by her parents is considered a violation of statutes concerning child neglect. Her parents have put her under isolation and recorded a pattern of failure concerning the child's well-being and development in terms of emotional development, nutrition, safe conditions of living, and health. However, the state has the responsibility of providing assistance and support to the parents based on their struggles to provide accommodation while clearing bills. However, the jurisdiction still holds that Hannah's parents' acts wereas a criminal offense as they have the parental responsibility of providing for the child. Comment by Crystal D. What ethical issues are present in this case? What are 2–3 strategies you could use to address these issues appropriately?

Ethical issues facing child negligence involves; identification of children under abuse and , keeping confidentiality while determining the consent forof the child’s treatment. Hannah's parents are negligent; they conducted harmful parenting practices and potential for harm to the child and themselves. SThe several techniques that can be used in addressing these issues include offering parents the help that they need majorly through pushing policies to support families where parents work to sustain their bills. The groups or individuals must address the consequences of these ethical issues prior to solving them (Turner, et al., 2019). Comment by Crystal D. Sands: This is a bit wordy and unclear. What risks and dangers currently related to the caregivers' behavior or the conditions in the home need to be taken into consideration if law enforcement officers need to remove the child from the home?

Hannah's parenting requires state intervention as the parenting level she receives is not good enough. Here, the state has the legal right of intervening at this point following the behavior by the girl's parents. The law enforcement officers should consider the failure of both parents in taking responsibility for child care while upbringing them in a safeguarded, physical and emotional health to generate their well-being (Maguire & Font 2017). Also, the parents have an "act of omission" as they have failed to provide emotional and physical support to protect Hannah from harm. Parents might experience and undergo stress based on their living conditions that could translate to behavioral or emotional issues in children. Comment by Crystal D. Recommend whether or not the child in the case study should be removed from the home. Support your viewpoint with your jurisdictional statutes, case law, and scholarly references that pertain to the behavior of the caregivers and conditions within the home.

Various policies support permanent child adoption, such as the Adoption and Safe Children's Act 1997 that cleared the timeline for adoption by giving states financial incentives in boosting child adoption rates from foster care (Zeanah & Humphreys, 2018). This is a clear sentence and a good citation. The CAPTA (Child Aabuse Pprevention and Ttreatment Aact) holds the department of human and health services, families and children administration, and the children’s bureau to present the abuse of children. The parents should be allowed to have supervised visits to the child's temporal home during which the officers are to observe their interactions. Comment by Crystal D.
