Diversion and inclusion are the mission of a company, strategies, and all the practices undertaken to save the impact of diversity in achieving a competitive advantage in a company. A functional difference helps a company attract the best talents and improve innovation (Griffin & Gully, 2017). The whirlpool company will achieve a competitive advantage through diverse employees. A diversion will bring the best and the most competed employees to the organization. When the best minds are brought together, the organization will experience an increase in its production due to efficiency and innovation brought by the new employees. The profitability and value creation of the whirlpool organization will rise. Reduction in the cost of production will help the organization dominate the markets and outshine most of its competitors.

Additionally, inclusion involves incorporating the ideas of every employee in decision making. Technology in whirlpool organization will improve the culture of inclusion through getting feedback (Griffin & Gully, 2017). Through the numerous surveys conducted, the organization can get an adequate feed that will help in improving its products and production. Technology will also help in talent acquisition, whereby the best employees and talented ones will be part of the organization. Furthermore, whirlpool efforts towards creating the culture of inclusion are the development of a council of composition that the main objective will be hiring, rating, and advancing the workforce of the company. Secondly, the organization has continuously celebrated employee differences. The celebration of employee differences is one of the best ways to show that the management respects them and allow the differences in the organization.
