What Is Culture?
Before managers can take meaningful action to shape organizational culture in a positive way, they must first understand it. Through these resources, you will explore the key components of organizational culture and how they work together to define culture—often referred to as “the way we do things around here.”

Diagnosing Culture: The Competing Values Framework
Frameworks can be useful tools for analysis and classification. Using these resources, you will examine the Competing Values Framework, probably the best-known framework for analyzing an organization’s culture. You will also explore how cultural priorities differ in various regions of the world. Understanding these differences is important in effectively managing across geographies and cultures.
