Why is it so important for special education teachers to believe in their work and how it is helping them overtime?

I would believe that taking on the role of a special education teacher is at times hard and relentless. Those that dedicate themselves to teaching those that are not able to hardly read or understand the information or may not be able to complete tasks because of anger are special individuals. All educators must be detail-oriented, organized, and confident, but special education teachers possess an extraordinary combination of character traits that help them become inspirational role models (6 ways to improve your writing skills, 2021). Educators and teachers are similarly the same as they are both teaching children instruction as well as making sure that the information was retained through tests along the way. Educators see themselves as individuals that are there to make a change in individuals' lives and then continue to be a mentor as needed when the student grows and moves on.
