Letter for a company

We need to create a letter requesting a Company a salary increase.

Scenery in this case is a PA that need a letter in which reflect all his passion and dedication to his job and to request a increase salary to the company

A few information that I would like to be included.

DR.L work for the company C since the bought the original company where Dr. L was working since 2006

Dr.L is the older PA working for the company with 76 years old

DR.L did not receive any bonus in the previous years

Dr.L seen a average of 24-26 patient daily and some days can be more that 30 patient

Dr.L is always available to help and cooperate with any shortness of staff .
