Apply leadership concepts, skills, and decision making in the provision of high-quality nursing care, healthcare team coordination, and the oversight and accountability for care delivery in a variety of settings
Utilize effective communication techniques, including negotiation and conflict resolution, to produce positive professional working relationships and demonstrate appropriate teambuilding and collaborative strategies.
Effectively assess and assume accountability for personal and professional behaviors.
Identify leadership behaviors of the professional nursing staff that promotes optimal team outcomes.
Analyze and interpret economic, social, and demographic factors that influence the organization and management of rural health care organizations
In a clinical environment, demonstrate satisfactory completion of all skills as defined on the Skills Validation Checklist.
