Week two: Assignment two Instructions and Rubric

Write a paper which addresses a work project of your choosing by using the tools discussed in Competency 3 (starts on pg. 128) page may vary with newer book. You must choose at least one tool to organize the work for the tasks to be accomplished. Include the assignments and timelines associated with getting the work accomplished. Demonstrate planning through narratives and charts, diagrams, and figures, etc.

· Describe a work project or a simulated one and how it gets accomplished using best practices.

1. Discuss cross functional membership and why members were chosen. Do not use your experience as the basis or evidence for the paper, but what does the literature say?

2. Incorporate one tool described in this section of the text (Module 2, Competency 3). It is referred to in the text but put in an Appendix of the paper. It is titled properly according to APA format.

· Think about which people should be assigned, and their professional goals, which you have considered in making the assignments. Also, what problems may be associated with team members.

· Paper should be between 5-7 pgs., using APA format and uses at least 5 scholarly references, excluding the text.
