Two Leadership Goals
INTRODUCTION
The chaplain is someone in a secular organization who must not only BE spiritual but SHOW authentic spirituality to those who do not normally think of it or act on it. This is a high-wire performance of great delicacy as you seek to define, demonstrate, and propagate spiritual concepts in a secular environment--to the point that those concepts may even influence not just particular people, but the entire organization!
