The company I work for uses RSA's ARCHER application for compliance tasks. Though this information system provides Communication, Collaboration, and Workflow, this information system concentrates on creating business process workflow for the company. Whether the workflow is validating authorized accounts to an application or verifying system event logging has been saved, reviewed, and/or investigated, these small tasks build a cohesive picture to regulation compliance.
ARCHER provides a place compliance tasks and processes to be housed and completed. Once a process is designed and set up, the tasks can be launched on a reoccurring bases, tasks are initiated for difference businesses and partners to complete, after these tasks are completed a review task is launched to verify compliance. Each task that is launched can have multiple steps. The point of the information system is to input different system's data and return compliance information. In addition the application has a reporting feature to generate reports and analytics to help identify business process weaknesses and strengths.

Topic: Communication
Communication plays a majorly important role with any business. It helps build a stronger foundation on the company’s employees as well as how to use their systems (Mallon, n.d.)
Examples would be:
-Videos:
According to research, videos are a great way of communicating. The reason for this is because people do not need to go anywhere to watch the video. Also, it is easier for people who are slow at either learning or processing the information because they can pause the video and finish watching it later.
Videos are very useful for business who want to have an ad to put on the media to share what needs to be shared. It provides the company easier access to share their wants/essentials for their business.
-Social Media
Most companies today take advantage of social media to convey their products and services. However, not only their products and services but their problems and communication solutions. It also builds stronger relationships with other businesses. Eventually, they invest with other companies, and it builds more and more every time.

Getting information out to our associates is important to prevent communication gaps. In the industry that I am in, working with various production equipment safety is the primary focus, and quality and production. Communicating about the various machines to associates is critical for safety. In a journal article by Daddanala et al. (2021), they have performed a study about Vehicle to Vehicle (V2V) communication and safety. They have stated that "If the driver miscommunicated or got distracted from his driving, then accidents may occur." (page 5). Our facility uses Visual Guided Vehicles (VGV) to transport various components to the machines. Before we deployed them inside the plant, we had multiple classes to instruct the associates about its purposes and the safety precautions that need to be abided by.
Our plant is a 24/7 operation, so there are many ways to communicate with the associates on what is going on in the business. Being transparent with everyone is important to having a successful company. We have what is called Goodyear-Lawton TV (GLTV), which plays the local news and videos from our corporate headquarters and presentations of current production throughout the day. In an article written by Brumberger (2007), she presented another way of communicating to individuals by "Designing print, Web, and multimedia documents (including decision-making about issues such as layout, typography, color, etc.), creating visual displays of information/data, generating other visual material." Goodyear-Lawton produces a weekly newsletter called the Goodyear-Lawton Today which informs the associates about the business and family activities.
