(Wk 1 Proposal Draft) see lots of progress compared to previous installments I've read. Please work on getting the document into CDS formatting, including margins, page numbers, and APA format (this will save time later). Also, please indicate what type of qualitative design you intend to use. In some places, the study reads like qualitative case, but in other places, the study reads like thematic analysis.

(Wk 1 Completion Plan) Donald, I see a much clearer structure emerging. That's what we were trying to ensure you had in our last class together. I like how you're starting to think about the structure and how all the pieces fit together.

(WK 2 Methodology Development) This plan looks very good. I like how you are comparing the interview responses with policy data.

(Wk3 Chapter 3 feedback) Chapter 3 is a challenge because the methodology is YOUR methodology for the study, not literature review. I will be focusing on that as I read your work.

(Wk4 Weekly Reflection Goals Report) I agree with your assessment. You are developing your skills each week and every submission I've seen has shown improvement.

(Wk 4 Dissertation submission for URM & Chair Review) I can see you are making progress! Keep working with getting the template issue fixed, as that will be a major step forward. See my comments attached. Dr. Williams also has a copy of this so you can talk with him about your progress.

(Wk 5 The Role of Poster Sessions in Scholarly Engagement) Well done, Donald. I like how you've set out the steps you need and some conferences to consider. Definitely anything with transforming pedagogy or critical pedagogy would be worthwhile to consider.

(Wk 5 Weekly Reflection / Goals Report) Lots of significant improvement over the last five weeks, Donald. No shame in your game. Keep focused and developing the draft. Definitely bring Dr. Williams into the reading whenever you send me a draft to review. Diane Gavin
