Hello Dr. Smith and Class,

Its my personal opinion the assignment of interviewing someone with will be beneficial to me and the client. Starting the interview process I will prepare myself by review on what I have gained from other interviews and strategies. "In social work, interviews are essential for learning information about a client building and building a relationship with them."(Social Work Interviewing Skills) This will more beneficial for myself in the sense of showing me that I have little work to do on being confident entering the interview. My facial expressions were with a smile and my body language was relaxed and I was approachable and engaged. I need to work better from memory not reading off a paper and allow the interview to just flow naturally. It was my focus to make sure I asked the questions the right way and I stumbled over a few word due to me being nervous. My client is struggling with people that she works with singling her out not to mention using profanity towards her. the next step is to focus on her depression and anxiety and her confidents to speak up for her. I think this would be helpful to go over the chain of command so she can find some outside sources instead of her immediate peers. I would determine the next step by understanding what would be most beneficial to the client.

Best Regards,

Clineesha
