Analyze Strategies for Self-Care and Fostering Resilience
Begin this assignment by reviewing your collected data on the self-care practice you selected in Week 4. Were you able to remain consistent? If so, what supported you in doing so? If not, when was it hard to practice your self-care goal, and why? Read over your reflections and look for trends or themes. What type of feelings were present? What meaning do you take from this data? Summarize your data in Part 1 of a two-part paper (1-2 pages for Part 1, and 1-2 pages for Part 2). I will attach the Week 4 Assignment you redid to assist you!
In part 2 of your paper, describe the characteristics of resilience. Explain why self-care for educators and students matters. During your Week 4 Assignment, you identified two instructional strategies for teaching self-care to students. In this paper, identify four additional instructional strategies educators can implement to foster students' resilience. Relate at least one of these strategies to self-care for students. Be specific about how and when educators can implement these strategies. Support your ideas with relevant research and literature from this course. I will attach some of the resources for Week 7
In addition to your paper, submit your completed tracking form-See information below for more details. This is the form you created and submitted during Week 4. If there are times when you did not implement your goal, that is data. Report and reflect on your data honestly.
Length: completed tracking form, 2-part paper ( 2-4 pages), in addition to a reference page

Develop a form to track your progress. During your Week 7 assignment, you will submit this completed tracking form and report on the data you collected. Your tracking form should include your goal, a location for entering the dates and times you engaged in the identified self-care strategy, a rating scale such as ranking your mood or productivity level on a scale of 1-10, and a location for a short reflection (one or two sentences) about how you feel each time you engage in the practice you selected.
